PROCESSING YOUR ORDER, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Dispatch all goods across Australia from TUGGERAH NSW 2259.
  • We only use and recommend 2 different carriers with our main choice being AUSTRALIA POST
    A Tracking Number will be emailed to you so you can track your parcel Online.
  • In more local areas & some cases, we use FASTWAY COURIERS ( now known as ARAMEX )

  • From the date of we receiving your order and while Urns are in stock 95% of the time ( depending on exact need and colour of your chosen Urn ) the actual separate Memorial Plaque can take between 2 -3 weeks for Metal Photo and up to 6 – 8 weeks for a solid BRONZE plaque.
  • Traditionally – when the Plaque is ready and we fit it to Urn or Memorial you need to allow 5-7 business days if shipping across Australia. Right now some parcels are not moving as quickly as we all might like so 5-7 days maybe sooner and may even take a few more days depending on Delivery Zone.
  • Depending on International Carrier it could take weeks for the parcel to arrive if shipping outside of Australia into International Zones. A tracking number will be given so you can track your parcel.
  • These delivery times may alter particularly in times of heavy demand or due to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured at ALL times we will do our best to fill your order as a matter of importance.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER

    • You will receive from Everlasting Garden Treasures an order confirmation via e-mail once you have placed your order & all is entered into our systems.
    • At this time we will offer the best time estimate notice when all should be ready and back to you.
    • Once your Order is dispatched ex works Tuggerah NSW 2259 – you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with an Australia Post or ARAMEX Couriers web link and your individual Tracking Number.
    • If all is dispatched via Australia Post you may also receive a TXT from them and / or email to notify you that your goods are picked up, in their system traveling to the nearest hub & when on board for local delivery.
